Since I took my Spinning Instructor certification back in October, one of the most important things I have learned is how to create a playlist for a spinning class.   I don’t mean just any 9-song playlist, I mean crafting the perfect playlist for an awesome workout.

Winter is among us here in Boston and I know a lot of my outdoor cyclists have moved their training indoors.  If that sounds like you, or, you are just looking to do a solo ride, having a great playlist on hand will be key.

Setting Achievable Goals for Your New Years Resolution

I am sitting on my couch after I just ate 2 slices of pizza.  Immediately I think to myself, “It’s ok…I will go to the gym tomorrow morning before work and I won’t eat carbs all day tomorrow to make up for it.”
