Stay in Shape and Try These Group Fitness Classes in Boston

Are you the type of person who gets motivated by working out with others?  Stay in shape for the holidays and join your fellow fitness enthusiasts at these group fitness classes Boston:

1) Turnstyle Cycle offers group cycling, TRX and yoga.  Turnstyle offers an "immersive, music-driven experience that is perfect for novice riders and fitness enthusiasts alike!"  They have a room of 28 RealRyder bikes that are proven to help increase your core strength!  If cycling isn't for you, I recommend trying their TRX classes - you can experience 1:1 attention in a group setting and get an intense workout in!

2) Pursuit Boston - A licensed Spinning® studio in Boston’s Back Bay community less formally known as Pursuit.  Pursuit is not only passionate about their clients and Spinning, they are also really involved in the community.  A portion of every ride is donated to the Jimmy Fund.  Also, most recently, two of their amazing instructors recently did a charity ride for the Animal Rescue League of Boston.

3) Barry's Bootcamp Boston - If you enjoy being pushed to your max and want to burn well over 600 calories in 60 minutes - Barry's is your new jam!  They are located in Downtown Crossing.  Single classes can be a little pricey but Barry's will give you the boost you're looking for!

Another great way to find group fitness classes in Boston is by joining Class Pass.  For $99 per month, you can take as many group fitness classes as you want around Boston!  The catch is, you can only visit each studio 3 times in one month.
